When the editor of a local newspaper offers $50 to any one who would spend the night at the old Tyler mansion, in which Matt Tyler had killed his wife and then himself, two men, who felt hatred for each other, volunteer with weird results.
A Nazi spy has been ordered to steal a robot bomb, and concocts a scheme to use escaped convicts to help him steal the weapon and use it to propel them to a meeting with a Nazi submarine.

Synopsis
Namor substitutes as a speedboat for one of Betty Dean's newspaper friends on a surfboard when suddenly the man's board explodes, killing him. Namor soon realizes that the board has been treated with a chemical which becomes explosive when left in the sun for long periods of time. Namor is on hand when the Sheriff arrests Jed Norris for the murder, but the pleadings of innocence from that man's daughter spurs the Prince to uncover the true crooks, who were running a numbers racket that had been discovered by the newspaperman and for which he was killed.

Cap and Bucky come across the scene of a gang striping a dead man of his clothes, and soon learn that the murdered man is a night watchman at the Woolsey Museum, and that the gang was intending to strip the musuem of its art and jewel collections.
Stuck in the middle of nowhere, after his car breaks down, and with a dog he absolutely detests, Bill Raynes attempts to make it through to his destination, Port Chester, anyway, even though it amounts to a week's hike over the foothills.
Whizzer is invited to compete in a race with a radium-powered car known as "Meteor III", not knowing that the doctor who initiated the race actually wants to put the Speed King out of the way while he and his partner rob the Drumman Aircraft facility of more radium fuel to power the car.

Synopsis
The Black Phantom is terrorizing the Mississippi river with a crimewave conducted from a boat covered with mirrors so it can't be seen on the water. During a tussle, Namor pulls back his cowl and gets a look at his face, and believes him to be a guest at a party that Betty and he are attending. Later, after capturing Namor and Betty, the Black Phantom reveals himself to be the twin brother of the party guest. Namor breaks free and pursues the Black Phantom, but the evil doer tries to scare Namor away with TNT and only succeeds in blowing himself up.
Invited to have dinner at an Army pal's home, Steve and Bucky hear about a curse that was supposedly placed on that plantation, and learn that Phillip is slated to die on his wedding night. Cap and Bucky tackle the two villains responsible for Phillip's death and learn that Frank Lavalle was jealous of Phillip's wanting to marry Marguerite.

Professor Cassidy, Carol and Frank make a trip into the Yucatan region of Mexico for the purposes of hidden treasure and scientific information, certain that the idol of Nokoa guarded the treasure. He is right, but he is also unaware that a waiter at dinner back in the states had overheard their conversations and had beaten them to that treasure.

Synopsis

Synopsis
Gangsters accost Betty Dean because they think she has information on the ship "Neptune". Namor becomes involved and discovers that a million dollars has been hidden on board which is what the thugs are seeking. Namor captures them all and sends them to prison.
Cap and Bucky investigate the deaths of four singers, all of whom have been stranged by a silk stocking, and all because of the man's hatred of the tune, "Let Me Call You Sweetheart".
A cop becomes very suspicious of a night watchman at the Windsor Insurance Company over something as simple as a wrist watch, and his suspicions prove to be right on the mark.
Three questions are asked and answered in illustrated form: "Do Goats Eat Tin Cans?", "Did Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation Free All the Slaves in the South?", and "Can a Porcupine Throw It's Quills?"

Synopsis
The All-Winners Squad is hurriedly called to meet with the curator of a museum, whose exhibit, "The Ages of Mankind", has been smashed. In addition, a note has been left, signed by the mysterious Isbisa, who has challenged the members to follow up various clues he has left with each part of the exhibit in a winner-take-all battle. To make matters graver, Ibisa has left a spurious clue behind, intimating that Namor is a part of the enemy camp.
Cap and Bucky head to a museum of art to locate a valuable piece of bronze art and find the "Idol With the Starry Eyes"...a bronze idol that actually has star sapphires for eyes. When a gang infects the idol with "bronze disease", Cap figures out the crooks are planning to hijack the idol as it is shipped off for electrolysis treatment, only to discover the idol is a red herring and the crooks really want to valuable art on display.
Whizzer arrives at the movie set for a film involving the life of notorious train robber, Mal Brennings, and the director mentions that the old railroad locomotive was secured for the film because it had been the original one which had been robbed of the non-recovered gold. Some of Isbisa's men attempt to rob the train again for real.

Synopsis
The Torch is lured into a trap, but is rescued by a lady policewoman who is engaged to a detective that wants her to quit the force. However, she refuses to do so until she can solve one important case, and the Torch offers to help her do just that. The case: why does a newly constructed bank have a secret entrance that connects to a sewage tunnel?
The owner of Moffet Jewelry is exasperated because he has the largest supply of pearls in the area, but other jewelers are selling their pearls at half the price and nearly bankrupting Moffet. So he hires a detective named Gilleran to discover why his competitors are selling their pearls so cheaply.

Synopsis
Cap and Bucky arrive in Europe and begin their search for Future Man and Madame Death, who are already in central Europe and have secured a laboratory in which they plan to make Germ Bombs out of future germs unknown in this world to kill off the inhabitants.
After their close call in Europe, Madame Death and Future Man head for Diablo Crater in South America and meet up with the Stiletto Gang, on whom Future Man will use mental waves to seize control of their minds, allowing them to do many scientific feats. Future Man also creates a Slow-Down Machine, whose rays, when played on the populace and the Whizzer, slows them down so they become easy prey for the Stiletto Gang.
Namor arrives in Asia along the China coast, and soon discovers the presence of the Pacific Pirates, modern day raiders who use a submarine as their weapon of attack. They are secretly saved from Namor and enlisted by Madame Death and Future Man to help create a massive tidal wave that will wipe out most of the population of Asia.
Staying for a short while at a hotel at a Beachwood Resort, young adventurer Davey Stanford witnesses a scene in the hotel's casino in which a patron accuses the owner of a fixed roulette wheel, demanding his money back. As the evening drags on, Davey is positive that the man will never get his money back, but probably will be murdered!

Miss America, while flying over the continent of Africa, notices a caravan below being attacked apparently by living mummies. The mummies have been revived by Future Man's "life battery", which has been converted to give off "life currents", allowing the villain to use thousands of these mummies from unknown tombs to sweep, like an Army, over the entire continent, wiping out all living souls.

When Future Man is seemingly stopped at every turn by the All-Winners Squad members, he threatens to make a call for help into the future, requesting hundreds of future men be sent by giant spaceships armed with Neutronic Bombs! However, the Squad attacks before this can happen, and, by a quirk of fate, controls on the villain's ship are locked to keep going far in the past, thus ending the threat of future attackers.
Having gone through his late mother's estate money, Johnny Revere, now broke and without a job, decides to be an adventurer in crime and it becomes his entire occupation.

Rod owed Baldy Sullivan and his friends $6000 on bad gambling debts, and he saw a way to pay off that debt: either ask his Uncle Jim for an advance on the money Jim had set aside in his will for Rod, or murder him and collect the will money soon after.
