Indicia publisher is: Crush Dice Comics Co., a division of Comix East, PO Box 228, Weymouth, MA 02188; indicia also identifies this as the "1973 New York World's Comic Book Exposition Edition". Publisher's note: 4,700 copies were delivered from the printer on 7/3/1973. Most of the copies had poorly printed covers, with less than 100 having the correct colors; several hundreds of copies were destroyed/recycled during the 1980's and 1990's.
