- Synopsis
- Archie's parents are planning to spend less because of the recession, but Archie argues that the only way to get out of a recession is for people to spend more, not less. Mr. Andrews sees through this as just a plea for a higher allowance. Later, when Archie explains his theory to Veronica, she says that the American way is to spend, spend, spend, whether there's a recession or not -- and let Daddy pay the bill.
