There are no dates, copyright, or otherwise in or on this comic book. But with this comic being the first appearance of Pioneer Chicken, who does not appear in the 1978 series Adventures of Pioneer Pete and His Pals in Outer Space Take-Out, but does appear in the 1980 series The Adventures of Pioneer Pete and His Pals at the End of the Rainbow... ...in Pioneerland. This makes this series publication between those two series, roughly circa 1979.
